You see this is the problem these days. People who think they are owed a job owed a house owed free health care owed a nice car. The list goes on.
Was listening to a report that That the rate of people who do not fit the criteria for being considered a adult (except for age) has doubled in the last 30yrs to over 60% of people between the ages of 20 and 30.
This means not living at home having a job with benefits and a career path and being in a meaningful relationship.
Got a whole generation of people coming up that think the Gov the school or their mommy and daddy will take care of everything and if they are a failure it is someone else's fault.
if you been messed up by C.R. ENGLAND DRIVING SCHOOLS PLEASE READ

So are you saying that all the complaints on this company on TTR and the Rip Off Report are not true? While 2 out of 10 might be BS from whiners or people who couldn't figure their way out of a wet paper bag the other 8 out of 10 are legitimate complaints. So get your panties out of their bunch and quit being so skeptical.
While you are right they don't physically force anyone to lease they do have a shady practice of luring new recruits into the flease program. After training they claim they "have no company trucks available." So the new driver can either wait an unspecified amount of time for a company truck or start fleasing right away and make the big bucks.
If it's so great why did you terminate the lease after 10 months?
I have read enough stories of lease operators going months with negative or at best double digit paychecks. That means working for free. Again if CR England's lease is so great why did you leave early? -
Please explain to us your " emotional stress, and what your damages are..
-
Its not really CR eglands fault that your broke and trying to support a family on 600 bucks...you probably should of thought about how to support a family before you produced it..ya think ?
CenutryClass and Ghost Ryder Thank this. -
You seem to insert "opinionated fact" into your writings and do so very cleverly.
NO... I did not write that "all" complaints here on TTR are not true. Some are legitimate, but there is a good majority of written statements coming from those who honestly could not find their way out of a wet paper bag. From what I notice, a good majority of those that create a new thread to write many of their negative comments and displeasures are from those that have very little knowledge of the trucking industry and somehow believe that the trucking industry is similar to a hypothetical "normal job". Further, I believe that many of these one-post wonders are those that woke up one morning and decided to become a truck driver, or those that couldn't locate a job, or driving job at any other employer.
I do agree that C.R. England does sell their Lease program, like unto a car salesman sells cars. They do begin from the beginning, signifying the Lease and they continue to do so throughout the entire process. However, they do not force the Lease upon a driver, nor do they withhold driving opportunities from the new employee. That being stated, they may not issue a truck to the new employee, giving them the opportunity to team with someone for the time being. Of course, this is where many of these authors of new threads write that C.R. England wouldn't issue them a truck, and they had to wait, or were "forced" to sign a Lease.
Where in my original post did I ever indicate that the Lease was so great? I stated nothing about the Lease being great, yet you insert manipulative comment indicating that I stated the Lease was great?
In your original post, you indicated that a Lease operator will owe money to C.R. England upon an early Lease termination. I wrote to indicate that my early Lease termination was without any legal issues, that I did not owe anything and that I followed the Lease contract. I stated nothing about the Lease being great.
Yes, I am sure you've read many stories regarding C.R. England... all of which must be true because it's right here on TTR and on the Internet. And of course, all things located here on TTR and the Internet are always, always 100% accurate. -
If you type "CR England" into RipOffReport you'll get 200 hits. There has to be some reason for it other than just people who couldn't handle trucking.
No you didn't use those exact words but you obviously are supporting them and their lease program.
The fact that you got out of it without any major monetary repercussions is the exception not the rule. I like how you still didn't answer my question: Why did you quit their lease early?

All I have to say is lots of luck sueing England. The judge will side with the person with money which means driver loses. That person is right though, england gets money(subsidy)whether you make it or not.I bet every starter company along with many others gets subsidy. So companies are'nt hurting during the slow months. This is why companies could care less who quits who gets fired.

This seems to be the right place and time to offer this observation-
the CR England driver parked next to me just threw out a gallon jug of piss and a wadded up pair of fruit of the looms with "god only knows what" inside into the garbage can next to my truck. He probably just got his latest pay stub and pinched off an unexpected deuce in his drawers purely out of shock.Tennessee Trucker Thanks this. -
At least he put it in the garbage can.Jakaby Thanks this.
