    Macro messaging has changed as well, in regards to work assignments. Have a new workflow system that has settled in with no issues on my end. But I run dedicated so it a very easy assignment process.

    Would add they changed how they do bonus and raises. Based on performance metrics. Drivers do have the ability to see how they are tracking of rboth. But the metrics seem to me to be rather restrictive and make it difficult to make either. These will vary by line of business/account. Although there are some that are across the board.

    It i smy belief they are trending more and more to squeezing blood from a rock and have little to no regard for drivers period. Depsite the cheerleading.

    Personally, until I find something somewhere thats comparable in pay to my dedicated, I guess i stay put. At least until tuition reimbursement is paid out in full.

    Dude.....You're not gonna believe this..but when I was reading the post I thought it was still 2012....maybe his comments just remind me of someone only doing it for a couple of months. I remember when I first came out of school...man I thought I knew it all...just by listening to my instructors...I found out later there was not much I did know...

    You're gonna love WorkFlow (insert sarcasm). On our dedicated account it's not so bad now. Still a lot of things that can stop your progress if you miss just one step. Contrary to popular belief, the folks in the office can't fix it on their end and clear it out on your end.

    This system from my experience is very easy and straight forward. I'm glad they changed how you can pickup an MT.

    From my side it isn't so bad, but a lot of the drivers are still fighting it. Other than there being so many steps involved to do something, it's actually not that difficult. I don't know what is different inside the cab, but most seem to have gotten used to it and have no issues. I believe it's been harder to learn for those who don't like change and don't want to learn something new.

    The only glitch i've found in workflow right now is on multistop pick up loads. You can only adjust your final ETA after the first stop. You should be able to change the ETA after the last pick up stop.

    anyone have any info on Schneider dedicated out of okc ok. went 2 web sight but only basic info. would like 2 here from drivers on this account. thanks
