    It was a beautiful drive down to Morristown Tn. I had a preplan on the way to pick up in Charlotte at Gerdau. I knew right away that I would be spending the night there. It was slow, but the rain made it even slower...but I was mentally prepared.
    Got up at 0400 and was rolling by 0430. Stopped for the night in Paduka Ky..(spelling) I am delivering in Down town st louis at Cardinal Steel. Will be rolling by 0400.
    Yesterday my phone died on me. I was prepared as I had my old one with me. I had my fm call my wife and let her know just in case I was not able to get the other one going.
    Got it online right away. Worked out a deal with verizon and hopefully my new phone will be home when I get there.
    Hope you all are having a good week. Sewerman was hung out last weekend but looks like he will be home on Thursday and load out on Sunday.

    well I had a great two weeks. Delivered in Chicago on Monday then reloaded going down to Springdale Arkansas. Then went to Fort Smith and picked up going back to Chicago. Delivered Chicago Thursday then went over to the independence tube to pick up a hot load that had to go to their other plant in Alabama Friday. Made it there Friday at 6 PM reloaded Saturday in Birmingham Alabama with a JIT load going to Iowa for Monday.

    Delivered in Iowa Monday reloaded back out of ssab steel going to Little Rock made it to the yard Thursday afternoon. Talk to JC they are going to be changing the lounge in Lawreneburg I know it's not spell right but you know what I mean and a new TV will be installed there.

    Delivered at Ryerson Wednesday morning then I went and picked up a aluminum coil going to Terre Haute Indiana. Delivered Thursday afternoon and then deadheaded home. I should reload Sunday will check with FM this afternoon .

    25E is always fun....it used to be a real headache of a road before they made it a 4 lane.

    It took 20 years to get it done, they moved a tremendous amount of rock there along the river just before you start up Clinch Mountain.

    Arrived at Cardinal steel right as they opened, but still had to wait an hour.....long coffee break...lol. Got a load to pick up at precoat metals in St Louis going to Ball Metal in Bristol VA. They do not start to unload until 19:00. So I was pretty sure that I was not going to get home this weekend.
    Slept in on Friday Morning. After I got up a got a preplan to go load at Star building systems in Elizabethton Tn going to Elkhart In. So I was going to make it home after all.
    I got to Ball two hours early so that I could be first in line. Got unloaded right at 7 and then headed down to do my trailer swap.
    I got a reconditioned East. It looked pretty sharp and everything worked.
    Spent the night there and sent in my info for the trailer I was leaving. Sent in a break down macro so that they would fix the anti lock break issue that it had when I got it.
    On the way home the anti lock break light came on so I stopped at the rest area just inside Ohio.
    Went back to see if I could disconnect the wire, but could not get to it. I also noticed that the fitting with the hose attached to it that I assume lubricates the wheel bearing on the trailer had come right out of its hole. It was completely stripped and would not stay in. So I put some glue on it when I got home, and hopefully that will hold it until I get it in to get fixed. Did I mention that this trailer had been reconditioned?
    So I am home and will leave out at 0400 on Monday to got to the job site by 0900.
    Don't forget tomorrow is Mothers day!

    well another fun week. Loaded Sunday at Gary going down the ball in Springdale Arkansas. Delivered Monday reloaded out of Fort Smith going to Detroit. At a delivery appointment for two o'clock on Wednesday. Delivered Wednesday set for three hours then get a load picking up out of Delta Ohio that picks up Thursday morning. Loaded up Thursday morning delivered Friday a.m. in Kenosha Wisconsin. Said another three hours then get message head home load Sunday morning going back to ball in Springdale Arkansas. How sweet it is love it.
