Finished the 3.1 mile course in 34:41. Not bad for a guy who couldnt run one mile last November. October 1st, 2011 when I turned 40 I weighed in at 301 pounds. This morning I was down to 233.9. You have to take care of yourself for the people who love you.

Thankyou. We had a group of 5 people with me and a girl being the "least trained", but I promised her I would stop when she had to stop and not leave her behind. She had to stop three times over the course, but I made sure she finished right ahead of me. It wasnt about how fast we finished, it was more just finishing together.
Rugerfan, Meltom and blacklabel Thank this. -
