Why would I do that? I was just curious that's all but I understand if you don't want to share. Good luck to you.

No offense dude, but if you are bi-polar and have to take medicine to keep from flipping out, then I don't want you responsible for moving 80k pounds of Hurtin' machine next to me. I'm sure you can drive, and probably better than me. Still, I think you might have problems that this job will only magnify. This can be stressful at times and requires extreme focus. If you are taking Medicine that alters your mind and what you think, you don't belong driving a truck. I think the bi polar thing is more important of a factor than what medicine you are taking.

    Just my two cents

First of all...England did you a favor...they would've taken you to the cleaners!!

secondly..you're copping an attitude with others on here which based on observation your condition might make you volatile behind the wheel which I hope not...

but anyway..good luck with whomever you're going with...just remember England would've bankrupted you beyond anything you could've imagined so consider it a blessing that they turned you down.

You know drvrtech77 I wasn't trying to cop a attitude with any one on here I just have come not to trust very many people on very many subjects. and jakaby I might be as good as you maybe better but I only drove for a year and a half but racked up 300,000 mile in that time accident free at that just hauling wide loads across country so if all you have is driving is van trailers then I would say i'm probally better..now that me being a smart ###!!!!

300000 miles in 18 months? You really kept rolling. I wouldn't have let that job go.

Indeed I do haul vans OTR, only because I got sick and lost all my strength. Otherwise,I'd be yanking flatbeds around the country. In the 25 years ive had commercial stamped on my license, I've hauled everything from farm equipment like cotton combines (wide load btw), logs, heavy equipment like loaders, d-9 dozers (also wide load btw), un-baffled fuel tanks, and even beer. I learned how to pull equipment in a "two stick" Mack ( I bet you cant tell me what that is without looking it up) running through wet cotton fields in the Mississippi Delta. I've got plenty of experience that qualifies me to make a judgement call, and my judgement call says that I don't think folks with emotional and mental problems that require mind altering pharmaceuticals need to be in charge of not killing people with a commercial vehicle such as big truck, no matter what you haul. This can be a stressful kind of job, and from what I've witnessed with my cousin, stress aggravates the conditions. I want it to be as safe for me and everybody else as possible, and you can't give me some kind of guarantee that your illness won't adversely affect those around you. I feel sorry for folks with issues such as these, and I'll sign a petition to ask for more funding to research better ways to treat it. I sincerely ope hey can cure it with some magic pill one day. But until then, I stand behind my postion of not trusting someone with these circumstances with machinery that can hurt a lot of people.

Again, just my two cents. I hope it gets better fr you.

I was actually going to say the same thing, but I think it would be piling it on. Some BS you can actually sniff out before you actually see it.

Well I drove when I was on these meds before. the company I worked for was good and my pay averaged 2500 take home a week. I was a more relaxing job than any other job I've had especially when I didn't have a boss hovering over me 24/7 making sure I got the job done. I only talked to the boss when I needed a load. I look forward maybe going back to them.....
