Begging your pardon but you clearly haven't a clue. My son-in-law just applied to them within the last 90 days and was offered a position right out of school training for tanker in the northeast. Starting pay is .28/.29 right out of training so please tske YOUR "bs" and sling it to someone who doesn't know better. I read his acceptance letter and what the company is offering him.

 

Bulk OTR pays .33 to start. Please dont post, you dont know what your talking about.

 

Anyone wanting to see the letter need only contact me and I am more than happy to fax it. The op asked about starting pay for new tanker drivers for this company...not specifying anything else. Don't make it personal driver just because you have an issue believing what my son-in-law has in writing. Like I illustrated..I read the letter and he stll has it. Anything else is your problem. They offered him .28/.29 to start somewhere in Pa.

 

He specified OTR. Which pays .33 cpm.

 

Let's can the arguments.

 

I'll be starting Orientation with SNI Tanker OTR as soon as I get my Hazmat back.

My recruiter told me over the phone that I will start at .33 cpm and after 6 months I goto .39 cpm.

12-14 days out I get 3 days off.
21 days out I get 6 days off.

 

And that is factual based on how it went with me, in real life.

 

.28/.29 is the starting pay rate for NE van division

 

Well, when somebody from the Northeast wants the pay scale for van he should be able to help. I don't know much about Northeast van so I probably won't answer cause you know, I would be wrong.

 

I know for a fact that tanker starts at 33 cpm
