There are plenty of real cheap hauling trucks out here but $125 a day, sorry to say that is a joke, doubtful you will get any inquiries at all. I'm sure even cheap freight haulers would see the insult in that. It wouldn't even cover 1 trip for momma to wally world. They can book $1 a mile or less freight all day long going wherever they want from Denver, and still "make way more money than that". Sorry to say, and not many brokers will agree to this lol, but trucks cost money and $125 might buy you 3 hours of detention pay on the really cheap end of the spectrum.... Understand you are on a tight budget, but you must understand what you are up against... ...trucks get used up and spit out every day thousands of times a day for nothing 24-7 what you are offering is well, if you ever get tired of making movies I am sure TQL has a spot for you...

Hey all, I really appreciate the help and advice throughout. In case any one was interested. We got tractors and trailers from Ryder and paid our drivers hourly and everything has worked out so far.

    Take care.

LOL, That would actually be a good movie to watch. "The story of a man who once enjoyed the pearls of Fame but now enjoys the perils of THE FRAME" cut to Mr Hammer saying how he's to legit too quit. Now that's the movie I'd watch!

Hmm I just rented a 16' box truck from penske couple of days ago. It was $135 plus fuel and DEF. Wonder what you paid to rent a couple of tractors and trailers plus drivers. Probably a lot more then the $125 a day you offered.

You are correct sir. although I got tractor and trailer for 150 per day. Drivers at $20 an hour. There were a couple people on here (thank you) that tried to work with me, but I couldn't come anywhere close to the 800-900 a day that some people were quoting.

I dont know for sure, but I can almost guarantee you that everything that woman said, had it came out of the mouth of a male,he would've said" geez that guy can really run things around here" Lmao
but the female is always "confrontational" ..

I did not take this offer as a way to make money, but a chance to say you or your truck had a part in a movie. bragging rights. something to show off years later to your kids, grand kids.
