Company training or CC program?

I'm guessing either the Swift or CRE forums...

One thing to keep in mind about Prime training wages... I keep hearing people bashing Prime's 12 cpm during TnT. During TnT, you are running TEAM with a trainer, and you are getting that 12 cpm on ALL miles that the truck is moving. Except for maybe the first few days, you both are driving your shifts, so that 12 cpm team translates into more like 24 cpm for the miles you are driving. Compare that to the 25 cpm that other starter companies start your solo driving.

TnT typically runs about six weeks. After that, you will be given your own truck at 36 cpm or better.

Just in case, space cowboy, you can't add, this guy is getting paid 44 cents per mile. As a company driver. As a new driver. I implore you to list another starter company that will pay those not-so-salve wages.

The guy is probably PO"d about the shafting he took at one of the serious BFIs. Recruiter... that's rich! I'll ponder that while I'm playing "34" in the wilds of Wisconsin.
