I have a 2006 Columbia 14l detroit with the diag connector on the left side of the driver seat. There is no voltage on the 12volt feed, had a qualcom in it that was removed, but had power untill some point after that. All the old qualcom wiring is unhooked except the two datalink wires that attach under the left access panel behind the drivers door. Checked all the fuses I could find but all are ok, and all is well with the rest of the truck
No Power to Datalink Connector

I have the same issue where mine doesn’t have power. I can’t seem to find the fuse in the Pillar behind drivers seat. Can you send a picture of what it looks like or where exactly it’s located because I’m having hard time finding it.
