SHC I run off of the LS broker board, DAT and ITS. Lot of times can get a good light load for full truck money. As far as a hit shot only load board don't know about that. We run pretty much east of Denver and west of New Jersey and don't do bad. #### phone meant to say hot shot load board. Anyway it's like running an 18 find the freight and move it. Ran an 03 ford when started back driving 3 yrs ago and the only gripe I had was the fuel mileage. 12 was the best it would do. Got a dodge and put more money in pocket, less in tank. Now running an fl-70 with a sleeper. More money in tank, more stuff on trailer. Have a good one

I sold my XLT freightliner and trailer to my son, I had a contract with a company running hot shot type freight until they went broke so I thought I would run hot shot off of some Hot shot boards and teach my youngest son the business but found that Uship was a joke so we are just looking around. About 50% of uship’s transporters have no DOT or MC# listed so they run much cheaper than we can. He wants to keep below 26,000 because there is less restrictions and insurance is much cheaper.

That is the only thing about uship that's good. Illegal truckers running without authority, freight getting lost along with cars and God only know where these shipments are. You are right, you can't make a living running uship unless you are illegal and willing to run for .60 per mile or cars only pay about .50. You complain to uship about this and they red flag you and don't allow you to post again. If you are looking for cheap shipping then here again is a problem, your freight might not get there and if it does and there is damage the truckers just simply drive off saying file with uship, this is such a scam.

Who said I am worried anyway read the insurance plan they have. Most shippers don't know about these things as they have shipped before with maybe UPS and that's taken care of, go ahead and ship then if you have damage then we shall see who is worried

That would be kind of hard to do. I was saying that I sold my large car to my oldest son who is running a contract haul for Boeing that we have been hauling for 4 years then I bought my other son a power stroke and a 30 foot flat bed, we had a very good contract pulling hot shot but after two years we lost contract due to plant closing so we/he signed up with uship but that was a joke. I got him his own authority, insurance, you might say the whole ball of wax. Today I am on my way to Atlanta, Ga to buy him a Detroit DD16 delivering 2050 lb/ft at 600 hp in a 2013 KW T2000 and he is going to run on my oldest son's authority with the same company. He can't make a living running less than 26K and he is ready to move up so here goes. This will be my second T2000 600, Had to do a lower end on it at 764,000 but I've passed that now as I've put a 8243 crank, it's 5 times stronger than reg crank also other parts to take care of my low rpm pull. My son runs it hard but I still get good MPG. I am hoping the 13 speed works out, we will see. Hope this clears up the 26K haul, oh yes, know anybody that want's a good deal on a hot shot company?

Who is Jennifer? lol. I've been a member of UShip for a week now, I've placed bids on two small loads (furniture) that I can fit in the bed of my F350. I'm trying to work my way up to buying my first trailer, but till then I have to do what I have to do. I'm also in need of a good load board, cause I really need to get some freight for my 92 F350 Dually Crew Cab truck.

Not making enough for the insurance and authority to do this.
