Where is everyone?

I got a hole-in-one at the putt-putt place when I was 8.

 

That is exit 178 on I40 in Oklahoma,about 10 miles west of Shawnee.

 

Yeah, they were at the Casino near Shawnee off I-40.

I got unloaded in Fargo an now I'm DH to Milwaukee for a morning load going to Hagerstown, MD. Needs tarps too ... Oh yippie.

 

I'm at the Love's East of Shawnee. Plant sent everyone home as I was getting unloaded due to approaching storms. The dude took an hour to crane lift 7 bundles. When the word came to go home he fired up the forklift and had the last four bundles off in a minute! Tornado touchdown in OKC just came over the news, it's looking scary outside. I must say I never was so skeered of a twister coming in my life. Got to the interstate and boogied to the Love's at the 200 here to try and find some profitable freight.

 

Sitting at the J in Sitting at the J in Berkshire, OH. Was wanting to get to the T/A in Walton, but the 6 mile backup due to a accident on I71 @ 125mm made me change plans.

I've never had a shower with so much volume and endless hot water in my life.
Denny's was a win with a double cheeseburger and fries.
Walking out of the Denny's I noticed a Klondike bar calling my name. You wouldn't believe what I would do for a Klondike bar.
I got the parking spot closest to the front door.

My load of two crane parts was a easy load and is light.

This was a good day. Now I have to just get through Cinci before rush hour in the morning.

 

well got 650 miles on the odo on the bike i had the last 5 days off which was nice but now im back it for 6 long weeks goin on vacation up to moosehead lake ME for a few days so i need to save up some cash.... running with a friend of mine sitting here in milford CT no tarp lumber load going straight to Ellis island....hopefully i dont get deported lol

 

Well sitting here in Tulsa. Got to the rig site at 2:30 just south of Stillwater, Ok.
Then it took an hour to see if I could make the driveway with a tall crown in it.
Made it with a pull assit. Then as we are rigging the the ld. lighting starts flying and we hear about the toronado hitting south of Okc.
I feel very sorry for the little kids and the adults who lost their lives in this storm.

 

Pilot in Milwaukee. Place is a dump and jammed packed at 8pm. Made a spot and done for the day. Loading an electric motor in the morning going to Hagerstown, but stopping off at home to "visit" the wife tomorrow for the evening

 

SHC, Will you have supper ready for your wife seeing how she works 2 jobs...
Draw her a nice warm bath also seeing how she will be tired..
