Where is everyone?

Changed out tires on my hopper today and milked cows tonight.

Been raining here so the fertilizer hauling has slowed down. I'll dump my corn load in the morning and see what happens.

 

That dump is packed 3 deep at the fuel islands all day.

 

Pulled up to the reciever in Phoenix only to be told that "We cannot accept delivery of this tank because the welds have not been certified by the City of Phoenix" and "We didnt even order cranes yet". WTF???? Demurrage starts at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning (My appointment time).

 

in Phoenix, deliver my army truck in the am, then hopefully my airplane section will be ready for Wednesday

 

Pretty uneventful day. Pulled a load of railroad ties to Ames Ia area.

Unload in am then get truck serviced.


Have a load lined up going to MN to jobsite.

Florida vacation starts Thursday

 

We have a Pilot on I64 that way. That's where I would fuel because I got paid by the hour

 

At home.....still. But atleast I finally got a decent paying load booked for next week, it would be nice if some short loads fell into my lap for this week though.

 

Or not, now the agent tells me that the load is for a stepdeck, not a flatbed. But it has never showed back up on the loadboard. Hmmm, something doesn't smell right about this.

 

Waiting in line for fertilizer to run up to northern MN. Trying to decide if I feel like sleeping in the truck tonite or if I should just go up in the morning.
