for 490 pages you guys have been saying things are changing and yet they never change, when are you going to take off the rose colored glasses? When the new HOS hit it is going to hit reeefer drivers in the wallet, is FRE going to step up with the guaranteed pay they were talking about 8 months ago? are they going to help you when you start losing 400-500 miles a week? Is FRE going to make out ok with their junkwagon trailers during the dot blitz in 2 weeks? I think the optimistic attatitude is a noble thing by drivers, company loyalty is great, but is your company being loyal to you? Them cutting the TA account was not the solution, Scott needs to look at the big picture, maintance expenses would be cut 50% by replacing every trailer older than 4 years old one year, then replace everything older than 3 years old the next.. They could get more accounts and better freight out of Tyson with better equipment, next time you are in Holcomb look at how many trialers each carrier has in there, the ones with the better equipment get better loads that how Tyson works.Well I have given you guys a lot to digest have a good night, got an installation crew unloading me at 4 am, parked at the mall I am unloading at so going to bed.

if anyone on here is coming to the yard to look for an empty be sure to skip trl 74. Had a blow out an hour out today from my delivery in Ault CO
and upon Closer inspection of the trl found 4 bent crossmembers and another one that had been torn by the blow out. so now Joe can figure out if there gonna repair the trl or not

I deliver in South Haven at 0500. Just got a preplan for a load that picks up in Memphis at 1430 and delivers the following morning in New Braunfels at 0500. I told GregI would need a faster truck, and would prefer a Western Star....

 

Dropped my ConAgra load in Rochelle this morning. I'm in Burns Harbor, IN waiting to get into a door. Delivering in Columbus, NE tomorrow by 1500. Pretty decent run. Better than what I have been getting. I'm just hoping I don't get sent to Grand Island and wait on JBS all weekend. Gotta love holidays.
