So the replacement fm is a ######. I know he drove for a year and became a fm. Gives me a 2 stop in CT. I told him I can't make con on time. Then I non committed bc of hours. So instead of working with customer service to reschedule or just to find someone else. He harps me to go pick it up that I'm just sitting. Oh and it's a Procter and Gamble which is strict on service appts. 1st he says go get it and break at stop. So I told him if I break at shipper I won't be on time. If I break at 1st stop I won't be on time to final. I tried calling twice with no pick up str8 to voicemail. Sends message head to shipper call me there. I continue to ask to work with me on the times bc I don't want a service failure in which I ask. He goes on lunch.... I can grab and make the 1st stop fine bc i can park there but the con is 2 am unload which I won't make. I don't want to be stranded for a day to wait til 2 am for the following day plus get a service failure. He doesn't get it.

Gateway ta..breezewood pike xt 161. This is not the average ts..nice place and very busy..drove all nite. Middleton oh 0715 appt.

Lol jeepnut..i pulled into bensalem for the first time around 2-3 am. Dropped my effed nestle load for relay and grabbed an mt. I have no clue how i got in and out of that place..276 exit to thT main road has no trucks sign..i was litterally doing circles trying to figure those loops out. Turnpike can be confusing too. Lifes better now on the open road.

I got my pre-hire letter today. Still don't know of what their pay structure is? Anybody know what the mileage and the "your choice pays"?

Ask recruiter for your situation...roehl recruiters are straight. .32/mi being new out of rdtc. Payroll is like clockwork..it shows up same time everyweek. From what i understand is that for new drivers step increases are automatic as u perform over time. At some point it moves to performance based.
