    Well that really sucks. I wish that driver a speedy recovery. But why in the world would he stop on top of an overpass? Am I missing something here?

    That's what I was thinking, he supposedly stopped to get under the bridge.

    Another tractor-trailer was flipped over on the bridge; he was probably trying to get out before the tornado flipped his but didn't have enough time.

    With an injured spine I doubt he'll be worrying about CSA points in the future . You don't get CSA points without an inspection anyway .

    Thanks for posting that picture.
    As to the medical bills, I have to wonder. First off, seems to me like it would be work related, therefore Worker's Comp, and second, you are going to be talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills here? And a private individual picked those up? Kind of hard to believe.
