Can tire buldge create over width?

if the tires bulge over the side,it's overwidth.no 2 ways about it.can you get away with out permitting it? sometimes.

Just put air in the #### things ... bye bye bulge. Just make sure they weren't deflated so that you could clear bridges lol

Yes...that is the idea. Deflate the tires to make the height legal.

Yes but most equipment without suspension run the tires low to squat them and soften the ride. That's what I was thinking of initially. In that case if your under height bump up the pressure and that solves your problem. Depends what you're hauling i guess.
If you dropped air to clear bridges your pretty well toast and going to have to deal with squat or overheight.
