Things like that seems to happen at times in jobs that do background checks. I believe you can get any iso a company has on you via the FOIA.. Might be worth checking into and see what folks are suing. Freedom of Information Act.

yeah after i got back from Tulsa i immediately filed a challenge with Hire Right to make sure that my DAC/HireRight was correct. and as it turned out they reported correctly to HireRight but the have since added my challenge to the record as well. so I am OK now got hired by another company now and things are going well.

Did you go back to melton with a copy of your dac and tell them they falsely reported your accidents? They should reconsider you since you were not in three accidents

I start school in June and I am seriously considering Melton for my driving. I am just curious, as I didn't see it on their website, how long and where is orientation, and how long are you with a trainer for? Are there any limits on the rider policy?

Melton's Student Program consists of a 4 day orientation $160 (we take care of hotel, bus, breakfast, and lunch/ you pay for your dinners) , 3 weeks with a Road Trainer $70 a day 7 days a week, a 1-3 day finisher class $70 a day, and then Solo Truck Assignment!!!!
They also have a decent rider policy, somewhere on there website.. Samll dog okay, kids under 18, summer only , over 18 okay all the time.

    Catfish23 Thanks this.
