    A mini van.... as i say f the dumb ###,I just do not understand government workers.someday they may learn





    The stop bar he talks about puts you so far back, that you are then blocked in view from the west by the gas pumps/building to the north west of the intersection.

    Rochester is the district office for District 6 and Mankato is District 7. Willmar is District 8 and I worked as a student worker there in the design shop.

    While it is kind of dumb, I was surprised that they actually considered he might be sitting higher and it's something they don't have a problem with lower. Honestly, it's more than I'd expect from them.
