Who called you ? According to FMCSR the physician cannot contact the carrier unless he contacts you first and gives you a reason to what may have positive test . If policy was violated I'd get a lawyer .

Like I said, sounds to funny (fishy) to be true.... WHo would give their name in the first place on a board like this!

Probably used his dispatchers name.

I would go back and think about what you ate, and who you hung out with prior to the test. Sometimes things you eat, or medicines, and vitamin supplements will show a positive on a urinalysis. Also second hand marijuana smoke will sometimes show up on a test. There is a very small chance that this will come back to haunt you. If you were hired, you are technically an employee of that company, and therefore the positive will be on the record for all to see. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Good luck

Gezz, I'm glad I'm an old fart now. The only two things I test positive for are Diesel and old folk-a -titus.

Or a name of a driver who slept with his wife. I think this post was meant to be vindictive. The mods are gonna have to make a call on this.
