I feel bad for the drivers family and the kid has to live with this mistake for the rest of his life. But yall are turning into linch mob! Im not a religious man but i do believe the phrase goes like this; He with out sin shall cast the first stone
Some people do just screw up! doesnt matter what time of day it was you can doze off, how many times have youll wiggled in lanes just missed a car or missed a sign or signal. I;m not saying he should get away scott free but 25 to life....... -
If I were to cast the first stone...wonder how many more would be thrown back at me?

I never understood why people walk along the highways.....

The pedestrian must of seen it coming but couldn't get out of the way. What a way to spend your last couple seconds of life.

I just can't buy that he "possibly fell asleep". He was on a frontage road. It's not like he had been motoring along on I-94 since Fargo and dozed off and drifted over. If I fell asleep at the wheel I would sure think I'd know it. There wouldn't be any "possibly" about it.
