    Melton Truck Lines is probably the best around Tulsa.
    Don't know much about Jones flatbed or even if they're still in business around Tulsa.
    Many companies have refresher course and will hire you, maybe $1000.00 to $1500.00 or free if you stay a year.

    Refresher:
    Try Schneider hazmat/tanker.
    FFE has refresher.
    Paschall Truck Lines
    Marten Transport


    Plenty of others.
