    Blower motor will not turn on. Acts like there isnt any power getting to the HVAC control panel or maybe the panel is bad. I swapped out the 1 in question with a known good 1 and still nothing.

    Local dealer faxed me the wiring diagram. Found that there wasn't any power to the back of the HVAC controller on the Accessory+ wire. Fuse was good. Found that the wire was chafed through in behind the dash where the wiring runs behind the radio bracket. I'm assuming it didn't pop the fuse because everything is plastic in there.
