Hmm...flatbed seems slow this week, ok. This poor 'van' drivers gone 3,000+ miles with a 34 on Sun-Mon. Just got Thur AM appt moved to Wed noon as I'm only 400 miles away and leaving at 3am. FM keeps asking for earliest ETA as they have more for me. Busy as a bee...FYI lost 30 lbs driving a 'van' in 3 months as well. Van's gggrreeAT! Ha

Left the east side of Baltimore shipper before the tractor trailer/train collision, derailment, explosion and fire today. Really looks bad with a 20 block area evacuated...be careful.

LIFE ENDANGERING DECEPTION! After belittling and deceiving you, their predatory dispatchers will route you across bridges with weight limits not made for trucks, and place you on tiny, residential city streets, [ which involve a $1500 fine ] but of course, it's always and allegedly the driver's fault for not verifying their routing info, [ even though there's never any time to do so ] and it's ONLY the driver's commercial license which is at risk...or his/her life. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!! 'Rumor has it that if they can sufficiently blemish your license, you'll be unable to work for anyone else and then, of course, they've got you.....you're a slave. Apparently, money from Schneider built their terminal in Appleton, WI and a corporate sale is pending, to be consummated once the founder dies.....nice kids, aren't they? DO NOT WORK HERE! YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO: 1) work long hours for minimal pay, 2) BE VERBALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED AND MIS-ROUTED BY SOMEONE'S GIRLFRIEND; WHO HAS NO DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER AND 3) GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR FINAL CHECK, BECAUSE IMAGINARY RECOVERY FEES AND MISSING ITEM CHARGES WILL CERTAINLY APPEAR!!!!!

Got preplan going home. Pick up in romeoville IL, to just outside Minneapolis. Should be able to do it all in one day.

Certainly sounds familiar doesn't it. lol

Funny thing, Ive quit Roehl twice for other jobs. Both times I received a final paycheck and the 2nd time received a check for vacation time as well.

Guess they only charge a recovery fee when they have to "recover" the vehicle. Go figure.

I got my vacation pay when I left also. That one really caught me by surprise.
