60 PSI is normal pressure, at idle is usually from 2.5 to 3.5 BAR.
But belive me the problem is other, I sugest bad injectors

    CHItrucker Thanks this.

I had the injectors replaced when the overhaul was done. They even check them electronically . Do you think they could have gone bad ?? Should I have them bench marked tested????

If the fuel pressure is too low then you have a problem but definately not with too high one..
white smoke usually means antifreeze burning in the cylinders I think
    are you loosing antifreeze?

wighr smoke - fuel evaporation w/o ignition, may be too much fuel, ore no compression in cylinder (for example bad valve)

    so start with compression test
