Got me thinking about a guy I know. Bought a dually and a 3 car and was doing short moves for CJ & M out of the Phoenix UP yard. Was out on US 95 going to Lake Havasu. An oncoming car crossed the centerline and hit him head on. The trailer being basically attached to the 5th wheel by a 3" pipe...broke and went right over the cab...if he was tall he would not be here now. Lucky he was a small guy. I have no love for duallys trying to be a real truck. Buy a real truck if you want to be in the trucking business.

So the pickup saved him... if he would have been in a day cab pulling that trailer he would likely be dead. ..

No, you missed the point. If it was a real 5 axle truck, the trailer would have stayed put. The real truck would have won in a headon with a car.
But that's fine. Have fun with your wannabe truck. -
You said the trailer broke, not the truck. .. lol pulling a wedge with a tandem. ..you have a lot to learn about this business. ..
