    You work for a contractor unless you own your own truck. You need to apply with the contractor. They will then submit your application to FedEx, who with either approve you or not. Pay is up to the contractor, and depends on weather you are running local or OTR. All OTR runs are team positions, and can be Dedicated or Wild Trucks. The best way to find a contractor is to call FedEx Head Quarters in Moon TWSHP, and ask for a list.
