You need to read some more. I posted this up in your first thread about this topic. '07 T600 MXS 475/1850, 13 sp, 3.25, low pro 22.5 pulling an old 53' reefer. Gets around 6 mpg if I run hard, MT or not. I followed the advice of the other poster (downshift early, stay under 1300 rpm at speed) on that thread and ran about 6.4 fully loaded and 7+ MT. Doing that kept the boost around 5-10 psi on level terrain. Check with bubba & brenda - I think they're running an ACERT with a tune and are doing even better than that with a 10 speed. Edit: or better yet ask since they already posted LOL

On that note, I've already broken an exhaust rocker arm at around 640k (replaced all 6 exh plus the intake on that cylinder, revised part number) and got the latest rev of the IVA studs installed and an overhead of course while they were in there. Also had to replace a manifold to turbo gasket and mount stud, and all 4 intake boots to seal up the intake side. I won't be too surprised if I have IVA solenoid or cyl head harness problems eventually. For what it's worth, I've already had to replace the cyl head harness on our 04 Century with the S-60 14L. So the green motors use those harnesses up too. To tell the truth, I've spent in the ballpark about the same money putting the two Detroits (each) on the road as this Cat. Just on different stuff.

Make sure you upgrade that radiator to 4 rows if you get to tuning past 475hp. Stock radiator is just not up to snuff for much power in these T6's but other than that they're pretty good trucks.
