No cb? I think thats a bad idea. They can be a real time saver if youre stuck in an accident zone and a real help if youre lost or have a light out etc....

nothing special, Just brita kind u can buy in wally word for 30$ ..it will save u so much money! I was spending 40-50 per month on water ...this way its only one time 30 dollar fee and i always have fresh clean water

As For NO CHEAP FREIGHT well your going to come across it all the time , it is up to you to decide if its TOO cheap to haul and thats when you need to know your CPM.

Regardless of your MPG try and improve your MPG by 1 mpg based on the average of $3.86 / Gallon in the USA yesterday and if you ran 120,000 miles in a year thats a saving of $10,629.00

I do need something to wash him with. Last time when I drove over the road he would get very dirty on some of the small hikes ... def need that ...

The one thing I will say about Quickbooks is make sure you know how to use it first. I went out and bought it and figured it would be a little harder than playing Oregon Trail but, boy was I wrong. The software can do so many things and is very powerful but knowing how to use it all is a little tough. I can do the A/R and A/P on it pretty good but I still pay a girl to log on at the end of the month and clean it up, download transactions, and essentially make it look the way it should.

Maybe you are more savvy than I when it comes to Quickbooks but just want to put it out there that you may get frustrated with it at some point.

man i drove the truck from medford and back and its totally different ball game owning your own truck ...holllyyyyy crapppppp ..i need to learn to stop listening to the truck for every ding i hear and stop stressing out when IS the rig going to breAK DOWN... aghhh ..

Master lock boron alloy hasp all weather lock. You'll find it at your local locksmith.

7 extra sets of keys. One in the ignition you take with you, one hung on the seat, one stashed on the truck, spare for passenger, spare for mechanic (leave it with him so when you drop it off after hours.) The rest drop in the desk draw for extras i. Case you loose your set.

Load locks.

Bungees

Washer fluid, paper towels, kleenex, spare bulbs, butt connectors and stuff to replace lights,

Go learn how to change your fuel filter in the dark. (major hint)

LED head light

Extra oil, wiper blades (2 sets), tire gage, air hose, print out of fuel stops for fuel card, dash calendar (one of them sticker type)

Infrared and dial thermometers

Rug for between the seats, garbage can,

More to add if remember.....

....hahahaha lol! yes!! ..............just kidding ..no , i do something else its kinda weird....I gotta couple of these : http://www.brita.com/products/water-pitchers/vintage-white/ I just take it into store, stops, fastfood.. and fill it at soda machines , sink etc..I willl still have back up water in case i am not close to truck stop . .. but i try not to drink out of plastic bottles as much as possible. Now that thing is plastic too but its bpe free .
people usually give me dirty looks but i am 6'7" so nobody really says anything
