Has anyone had problems with Fleetcor fuel cards? I am having major problems with them right now and don't even know who I can contact with them to speak to, someone that knows what they are talking about. If anyone knows a contact number, email address or something that can get me thru to someone then it would be greatly appreciated, I'm kinda grasping here out of frustration. I don't want to get into specifics right now and it is all very confusing and frustrating. I just need a contact number to someone cause I don't want to use snail mail if I can help it. I thought maybe someone else has had an issue before and might be able to help me.

lol, it went to the same lady who said it was company policy to not let me speak to someone else and gave me the email address that no one has ever responded from. I think I will just write a letter then I'm done trying for now.
Still interested in hearing from anyone else that might have had problems with them. It's a long complicating story but the short of it is that they switched accounts to another dept, stopped sending me bills, would call me to make payment with a credit card which I always did, then I find out that they had charged me about $4000 over the past year cause payments were late. If someone else has had similar problems then I would like to hear about it and see if they were able to come up with a solution. I guess it is considered a Universal Premium Mastercard. -
I'll be in fleetcor office tomorrow. will get you a contact number. I do know fleetcor has many cards and if they don't have you on the right card it will just not work. they have problems to work out for sure.

That would be awesome! Yeah, seems like alot of different cards and departments and no one talks to each other. That was where the problem started, they transferred me from one card to some premium card, then all these late fees somehow started kicking in. I think this premium card is some kind of scam really cause I had no problems with the previous account and didn't understand why they were switching me, that is one of the pieces of info that I want to receive, where I supposedly somehow signed up for this.

actually, that particular card, universal premium mastercard is a fuelman card.
Go to fuelman.com and there should be several ctc numbers. Fuelman is a good company, bought by Fleetcor in the 80's. Skip fleetcor and go to fuelman to get help with that card. I will get you inside ctc number at fleetcor tomorrow. Hope this helps. -
fleetcor uses call centers and not all telemarketers know what they are talking about or you into. Have found a few of their centers have really bad training or no training. Really upsets me to the max! Hate it when truckers get stepped on! Be careful and remember "if it's not broken, maybe you should try to fix it"
