    Well that explains a few things as far as the call center stuff, that seems to be what is going on. And now I have gotten to the point where I might have to ask for anything & everything in writing. Because they almost call me a liar when I tell them that others told me different. Luckily it has been such a nightmare that I have all kinds of notes on what I have been told which has helped some.
