That 175, might have been per pilot on a mini charge.
That can range from 150 to 250. Depends on the area you're in. -

Yes.........yes u can,get a ticket for plate obstruction. As long as the corners are rounded you shouold be fine. PS-Don't forget to pull your banners when you unload. What's your overhang/load width?

I don't know your route, but IA will at the very least call you in for a covered/obstructed tag.
Most states also have it stated on the permit that the four corners of the unit be flagged, that would be the front of the tractor and very rear if the trailer! -

What is considered unfavorable weather? It's overcast and sometimes raining.
I considering anything without sunshine unfavorable on my days off
