    you guys going to kill me for posting another post!!! sorry ! but i have decided not to start my trucking career in flatbed i have been watching youtube videos on it like tarping , tying down freight with chains, and ropes etc... and after watching that HELL NO!!! NOT FOR ME! So i have decided the best new option is to start out reeefer!!!! i live in phoenix what reefer companies hire cdl grads here?!!!

    i promise i wont change my mind again...,,lol

    maybe later on i try flatbed when i get more experience with driving,,, i am only 22 i have plenty time!

    Central Refridgerated is located in Utah. I would presume they would hire in your area.

    swift also runs reefers out of phoenix and prime inc will hire out of anywhere... prime pays the best and have nice equipment also central has really nice equipment. could also try twt out of spokane if your school was an approved school.they run only west coast but the occasional long haul

    you tube makes it look harder then it is...plus a few months in doing flat bed and you magically get in shape.

    I would like to see a picture of what your face looks like when the lumper you just hired for $300 to unload your wagon has decided to stab a few cases of his favorite product in your trailer and told you that that was damaged freight and when you call your dispatcher and he/she tells you That's ok just get rid of the yukee product dump it somewhere only to find out the following week that you have a deduction on your settlement that you don't quite remember:biggrin_25523:

    so are you saying its not that hard as it looks? dude im a skinny guy like 170 pounds... tarp almost weigh more then me!!! lol
