Yes. 1 hole should do it. Watch your drivers and steer for over weight.
-
All the way to the back? As in the tires touching the DOT bumper? That's like illegal in a lot of states
-
At least for a 53fter ... Where are u hauling thru?
-
Seriously...it might shift a little, but not really.
Moving 5th Wheel FW will move weight from Drives to Steers. -
I used to figure 250 pounds per pin on the fifth wheel and 400 per pin on the trailer.
-
Guess it depends on your setup, I usully figure the Opposite.

Swift. Heavy haul. Its a tri axle refer. This is a backhaul. Tractor has a tag and 7200lb steers. Got 42660 on tri's allowed 42500. I 90 scale at cle elem, wa is ALWAYS open. No other way around it. No problem with more weight on tractor.
-
Sorry don't know anything about tri axles ... Don't even know what the heck those are ...
-
That changes some things...but Basic Rules should still Apply.
Anyway, dug this pic up, it's not a Reefer but...yeah you get the idea.
