Experience with YRC ( includes YRC, New Penn, USF Reddaway and Holland

believe me, I dont miss it LOL... especiallly the south bronx where they used to have me, although it was wide enough for my 40 footer

 

Line-haul started me out at 51 for van/single trailer and 52 for doubles(stupid I know) the hubs and distribution centers will already have your trucks hooked and ready to go. At some small terminals you may have to hook your own or at certain times they got the switchers who will hook then for you. Although some terminals will have switchers but won't hook for you. The hotels I've stayed at were nice, had pools, gyms, restaurants and wifi as well. I didn't lay over much as all the 30+ year guys want the layovers for some odd reason so I got a majority of turns

 

Still sitting, been one hour... Maybe not enough for second run? Wouldn't mind a nice early day lol.

 

good ole 8 hour guarantee... Was nice to get home early, hopefully they get me out on break so I can have a nice long weekend

 

Did a 152/158 combo, fairly easy day. Well off till Sunday!
