Try new shocks, I don't remember which ones I put on...trucks not i front of me at the moment. They are dark blue: no complaints. Also consider tires: I changed from the chinees ones that were on it when I got it to bfg's n it was quite a noticeably smoother ride. Now I changed the rear axle to michelins n its different...may have better luck if they were all the same rubber :/
Gambino1994 Thanks this. -
I have heard running bigger airlines on the bags helps. I have an AG100 on my T6 but have not tried it.

Monroe gas shocks and change to tall rubber is about all you can do...and running lower air pressure will help ride but prob cost you fuel,,,, say 85-95 lbs

K, thanks for input, runnin lp 24's, ill try some new shocks first

See what you can learn about a ping tank. It provides more cushion for air the in the suspension. When the axle rolls over a bump the air is pushed into this extra tank. Then it returns to the bags. This is supposed to provide a softer ride. This is the extent of what I know about it. I never tried it myself.
On another note I removed 8 bag from my W9 and put on Flex-aire complete with the rears. I lot of holes to drill and work to do. But what a ride! I have it on good authority to simply leave the unused holes. They look terrible but no problem so far. -
The same can be had by going away from the 1/4" lines to a bigger line, I plan on doing this to my A model when I get closer to finishing it.

What did flex aire run ya? I did check my ride height and it was 1" too high adjusting that helped -
What is the hight i need to set it at?

On each axle you want the front bags level with the bags on the back of the axle. Keep in mind this affects driveline angles also, but some are tipped so far that 2 of the bags bottom out on the smallest bumps.
