fault code 2552,injector meter rail high pressure,HELP

ok. Did some more snooping around. and when runs at 13-1400rpms I unplugged number 1 fuel and no change in sound of motor.Then I switched #1 with #4 and started it up again. Unplugged #4 and no change in sound,but when I unplugged number 1 there was slight change in sound.So I'm thinking original number one is shot.

 

installed new fuel actuator today,replaced #4 ,same ####,stays around 1000-1300 rpms. When it gets down to1050 rpms it sound like front injection is galloping. Checked resistance with ohmeter and shows same resistance in new one and old one.Timing actuators also show same resistance.Hmmm. i'll have video within next 24H
