    I think the only state that doesn't have it restricted is Ks IIRC. Those idiots will shut you down if the road is wet, but you can run 365 pretty much.

    Yep, the farther east you run the more days they cut you off on holiday running. Pa. I believe will shut you off at noon the day before and the day proceeding.
