Hey guys please help me out here. Somebody somewhere has one of these 2004 acert C-15 engines somewhere. I'm not sure what years they came in trucks but they were the early acert motors. I'm not asking for anything free or dirt cheap. But a decent motor with a fair price. So guys look around for me please if you have any friends with one laying around and he will sell it then I would like to buy it. Distance is not an issue for me at all

Here's a link with available C-15's.

You can also call VanderHaags. I've dealt with them before when I ordered my air compressor and the transaction was trouble free. Below is their engine listings.

I've searched craigslist in your area, and haven't found anything available.
Best of luck to you.dunctrk379 Thanks this. -

Thanks Vampire. I do search cl myself sometimes. I was hoping to find one with high miles that can be rebuilt more than anything. Because before it goes into my project it will be built like I want it to be with all the parts to make it spit out some numbers for hp/tq. But for everyday use not to be a dyno toy. I don't quite have the correct change to build a truck just for dyno/show. I'm not expecting a freebie from anyone I just want to find a bsx acert C-15 for a reasonable price that someone has sitting around. Thanks guys for viewing my post hope someday someone will see one or think of one like what I'm looking for.

I didnt know there ever was such a thing as a serial # prefix as "BSX" on any CAT engine.
-
I have put it that way so people will know which motor I'm talking about. The bsx is the first acert motors some one correct me if I'm wrong
-
The first ACERT engine would begin with a prefix of BXS.
