    Does Covenant take on new drivers for training??? If so how long till you can do solo for them??

    They take recent graduates and they are a team only trucking company.....do more research please

    If you have hazmat, a spotless record, and can pass the solo driving test early, it is possible to go solo with them at 3 months. Otherwise it is 6 months. And only for drivers east of the Mississippi. And the solo pay was terrible (think it was 26cpm initially).

    Good money in teams though.
