You deliver on a Wednesday and there is nothing to do right away so you go home and start a reset at 11 PM. Thursday you are available but there is nothing, so you're resetting since Wednesday night. Friday at 9 AM your reset is done.
Your next load is Monday morning 3 hours away.
You start your new week on Sunday evening at 6 PM. Drive 3 hours to the customer and load 7 AM Monday morning.
You deliver Wednesday afternoon. Could you start a reset at 11 PM?
Do you qualify?
Did your last qualifying reset start Wednesday night at 11 PM or did it start at 1 AM Saturday morning (2 periods of 1-5 AM and 34 hours) before you went to work in Sunday evening?
Thanks

Not till 168 hours after the start of the original 34 which is Thursday at 11 pm.

U can only do a reset every 7 days. Cant do a reset in 6 days. So running on recap is going to the way to do it.. Since you started it on wed, took time off til sunday and started another reset on wed at 11 pm. Yes you would get another reset.
Roadmedic Thanks this. -
I missed off on the weekend. You are correct.
-
I would guess there may be some that don't get a reset very often. I'll hav to reread it agian.
Not overly impressed with lahood/ferro's newest way to make many new violations.
Wonder how hot they'll be on the new hos at the scales? -
So if you burn up your 70hrs Mon-Fri and have the weekend off... for a reset, you can still start early monday correct? OR the same time that you started the previous Monday... as your 168hrs are now used... correct?

Two trains leave from the same station at the same time, traveling in opposite directions. Train A travels 28 mph; Train B travels 35 mph. How many hours will it take for the trains to be 252 miles apart?

There are many threads where this has all been hashed out already. It's really not that hard to understand.
-
Yes but it takes to much time to read through all of that stuff.
