Help - Can't Provide Work History for Last 3 Years

I'm sure their more to this cuz when I went their I didn't have the problem.

 

why did the accept you to go thru their school without any work verification?

My fellows drivers can't give you no advice because you keep the rest of the story, be a man, be straight tell us the story like it is.

 

Ok i understand that if that's what they did to you tell them to suck it, head back to the house and start looking for a different company to go with and i wouldn't never start a trucking career with Crst. Learn from that and move on, good luck with your career.

 

DOT doesn't require that a driver have a work history only that 10 years of work history be documented.

My son is 19 and has a CDL with no work experience. So he had to write in his work experience that has been unemployed for the last 10 years.

When I have drivers apply to my company I have them write down the years they were in school and I call those schools to verify the driver attended school there.

So with that said I feel that you are not telling us the whole story, cause any recruiter or HR person would have told you the same thing.
