Could be arranged but the price would scare you guys, then you would have to convert it to LHD

Anybody think we will ever see Class 8 cab overs in the states again? My operation would greatly benefit from using cab overs. I often wonder why Volvo doesn't bring there COE over as they already have LHD versions?

dont know i dont like renault way how it looks and anything about it as well as other french products probably they solve some problems present on current range and make it profitable, but i know that here there is no chance for larger success , renault sold less than 10trucks per year despite they are cheaper than 60000€ nobody wants them

but volvo become market nr 1.

after 20years of absolute man domination , volvo took over 1st place , they offer excellent fully equipped trucks at ridiculous prices , for example fully equipped fh500 eev 6x2 xl cab , fully equipped means everything(not as usually when somebody say for truck with fridge and el windows and radio preparation-full equipment) from leather seats turnable right, full ebs ,veb+ retarder , light alloy rims, best package of ebs and all safety systems for 82000€

The interior looks just like a Renault car, crap and that steering wheel like a big version Scenic with even more plastic. Maybe the quality is at the same level also :S meaning zero.

Air wents looks like they are from Vetus. (boat parts company)

as say i hate french cars and renault truck and dont like ror axles and many other things coming from there, but maybe this one is better, it should be very similar to volvo

meaning it can work below zero , so i would try to look at it as much as objective i can without any prejudice,

5.000.000 hours on the test benches, tests from -40° to + 60°C in all weather conditions: the new Renault Trucks vehicles have undergone testing in extreme environments to meet the requirements for reliability and robustness.

interesting thing is i saw picture of masked renault truck from cameroon , i think this is first time when new product is tested in such poor country

Very old saying...........Never buy a French truck unless you live in France .

I would like to see modern euro Cabovers in the US. But the big players volvo paccar etc don't want to give us a real choice.

i think i am returning to my prejudices

even webpage dont work , what else to expect from renault

    http://www.newrange.renault-trucks.com/en

they did not put real videos and pictures of trucks but some ####### animation , how are they planing to sell virtual truck?

I understand that they wanted to remain confidential but other manufacturers get out with new models as well , that also need to take a picture and record video and make it a little more seriously

also they show well all weakness of construction models at single video , look at articulation of front wheels, there is no any , mercedes had it in 1996, dont know for volvo

Heard that so many times before about cars. Not once has it been any better than the older model. Still remember when Laguna came out and it wouldn't start under -10 and Renault had no solution on the problem. (spark was missing if I remember right)
Well lets hope it's built more with service in mind at least then the crapy cars.

Really Mack Terra Pro shares many details with Premium and Kerax, including ash trays.

Renault powertrain is fully Volvo (engines D11, D13 are called DXI11 and DXI13), they use rebranded I-Shift tranny and many Volvo electronioc components (VECU, LCM and other). The same story about Mack Trucks and Mack MP series engines and renamed to M-Drive Volvo I-shift
