To say I'm happy here is a severe understatement! If you do hire on and un this account as I am now, it's a very simple routine.

The majority of the loads coming out of KY will be preloaded, and then you will head for Orlando, though occasionally you may head for Chicago (I'll cover that next). Anyway, ya head south and when you arrive you check in, then the unloader will spot you. You open the dome lid then wait in your truck while they do the unloading. When done, button up the top and head north to the QualaWash in Conley, GA. Drop the dirty tank, write it up, and wait for them to get it cleaned and prepped. Once it is ready and you can roll, drive back up to KY and repeat.

Notes for Orlando:
There is no overnight parking at the plant, so you'll need to camp out in the Ocala area or Wildwood if you have an early a.m. appointment.
You'll have to have $32 for the round trip to cover the Florida toll. We're in-process for seeing if we can get Sun Pass to avoid delays, especially coming south exiting the toll road.
Orlando is only open for receiving Mon-Fri, and it's 805 miles between load to unload point, so remember that since payroll runs from Sun-Sat.

Now, if you go to Chicago, things work similar concerning arrival, check-in, and unloading with your only labor being to open the dome lid. The big difference with going to Chi-town is that you can sleep there. The distance there is just at 390 miles, just fyi. After unloading, you'll head over to Alsip and drop your dirty tank, then dispatch will get you a run to head back south.

If you (or anyone else reading is interested) start at the base minimum starting pay rate you should make in the neighborhood of $740 minimum per Orlando trip, and about $385 minimum to Chicago. I'm at 26% and make $780 and $401, respectively. So personally I will run this stuff until the cows come home.

Good morning everybody, I hope this finds you all doing well and ready for Santa Claus lol. Just a quick check in, my apologies that I disappeared I have just been extremely busy here with work and also focusing on other things besides blogging such as my son and reconnecting with a lot of old military buddies, especially my crew from Somalia.

To say that I am an extremely happy camper here at Heniff is a severe understatement. As with everything else in life, I can only say that you get as much out of something as you put into it, and by far after almost a year and a half here I'm still tickled to death. I simply have not worked for a company that has given me this much support and how I run and more importantly, how I take my time off. It wasn't even this good back in the days with Superior Carriers or Jim Aartman.

Some quick info concerning just how good, as of my actual 1st year anniversary with them back in August (and not including two referral bonuses), I made a little over 64k with lots of time off to enjoy things. Concerning this calendar year, I am on pace to break 65k easily, as I'm working right up to the 23rd before going home for the holiday.

For the most part, I am still considered one of the runners for the Kentucky to Orlando-and-back dedicated run, but the last couple of months have seen me get back out into the system, stretching my legs on some really long and very well paying loads going into Canada. Namely, a run between CT and Vancouver that is just wow! The normal routine after unloading this is to head down to the SeaTac area (sometimes Portland, OR) for the tank wash and then subsequent reload coming back east. This time however, I will be high tailing it back to Alsip immediately so that I can get home ASAP.
