Ok so my fiancee was working at PAM and they wouldn't give him any pay stubs and we believe he was being ripped off on his pay. Also he did team driving and one evening while he was asleep his partner got pissed off at the dispatch because they where supposed to get to come home but they where trying to send them out of state again. Well his partner drove home while my fiancee was asleep and he had no idea what was going on. Well the next morning my fiancee is told to call dispatch and he gets chewed out for what his partner did! He was supposed to get paid this week and they withheld his ENTIRE paycheck!! Is this company known for doing this to people because this is insane? We have had nothing but problems with them and if you try to call and talk to any one in the office they just give you the run around! Thank you in advance for your response or any help with how to deal with this situation

I never heard or experienced anything like that before ... but what you have to do is call payroll, they'll hook you up. Did they specify why they didnt pay him? Was it maybe because the teammate abandoned the load? Or did they(or he) not finish the load in time? -
Login is his driver code and password is birthday and last 6 of his social, if I remember that correctly.mattbh23 and airforcetoo Thank this. -
they did not specify why he did not get paid. His teammate abandoned the load not my fiancee, he was asleep while this happened. Of course the office is blaming him and not the teammate for what happened.

Thank you I will get his info and get them!!!

my husband just started with pam he says he thinks he is a local driver he just got upgraded! how many miles should he average? how often will he come home? would it be better for him to do regional?
-
He most likely isn't a local driver, they're just keeping him close to pick up his team mate.

Im currently in my 9th month with pam. I drove solo for the first two months. I didnt like teaming for reasons I wont get into so 3 months ago I put in my 2 week notice and worked it out to the last day. I recieved a message to call the listed # and I did. He agreed to give me a truck and my teaming only lasted for 3 months intead of 6. They also bumped my pay from 25cpm to 29 cpm. Its not a lot but its better. But having my own truck makes all the difference to me.

Looking at Pam as a entry level career move, heard about driver solution that can train newbies like me. Can anyone tell me how their training and The company as a whole is?
Plus do they have any terminals/dropyards in North Carolina???? -
Been at PAM for nine months. Anything I need. I have gotten. Is the pay great?? No. But it's a starter company. Stick it out a year and move on. Me and my brother run team. Have a pretty good dm. Communicate ur problems with dm. But do it with respect and professionally. Don't think one minute you are gonna get out here and hang the truck stops and make money. Or hang at the yards. Learn to to manage your eobr and how to trip plan. Keep the left door closed and hammer down.
