Driver Mangagers

That's simple, you can't be held responsible for what you say on the phone, but the other way its in writting. Besides drivers mean nothing to them. They don't want to belittle themselves by talking to us..

 

Mine never seems to want to talk on the phone. Maybe its because they handle a lot of drivers. I think we should talk at least once a week but I doubt that will ever happen. I think the company prefers to document everything thru the driver tech.

 

From what I've been told, they want a documented paper trail of communication. My old FM would send a message over DT summarizing any phone communications we had.

 

Hey guys, i have a few questions about US Xpress,

Do you get paid for empty miles? and do the trucks have APUs?

 

Company drivers get paid for empty miles. No APUs though.

 

are you allowed to have fancy things like tvs and microwaves in the truck, and do you have to bring your own inventor to power them or do the trucks already have inventors ?
