    Some weeks are better than
Others. If it is a problem, let ur fm know. One week, not a problem, one load, not a problem. Short haul after short haul, after short haul, week after week after week of less than 2000 miles.....problem

I love how they incorporated miles per day into the bonus. The whole 10ys I was there I never got to dictate my miles lol. So to me its not a level playing field. If I had my choice as a driver Id be driving more and waiting less and those 250mi runs would disappear. At least as a company driver anyway. Now as a independent its about gross revenue versus miles. I loved those short runs most times because they generally paid pretty well. Jm2c :)

That's exactly what I said when asked what I thot about it. But its to weed out the lazy arses, the "minute men", those who show up as late as possible if given a window. Like anything new, if an issue is found, maverick will change it...........eventually.

I did the math for all my load assignments and AVERAGE is 480ish. Not bad and a lot better than what I thought it was.

I have to admit that I still have a sour taste in my mouth from Stevens and their poor management and utilization of MY time as I am a hard worker and like to hustle. Maverick has done a 50x better job in just the short time I've been here when compared to Stevens and I'm extremely happy over all so far with what I'm getting. Into my 4th week now as an inexperienced flat bedder, Im confident that I can handle 500 mpd. I had some great hustle type loads my first two weeks that were run as fast as you can type and I love those... :D

    Updated score: 77.9

Mpd is up to 335 yet even though my mpg's are consistantly in the 7-8's now, my mpg has dropped to 6.49. Scratching my head...

I've lost 10 points over the past 5-6 weeks as miles have fallen off. Down to 111 points now. Hopefully I can hang on for the last two weeks of the quarter.

Me too....this is one of the reasons I'm not 100% sold on the PFP yet. No matter what you do, you can only run the miles they give you.....

The way I see it, before they changed the fuel bonus, I was at 4 cents
Or more. So as long as I at four cents or more pfp....Im fine with it

Still in that .06 range. Just need to hold one for 2 more weeks. Personally loving it since never got a fuel bonus before. But I can understand what you are saying about the miles they give you.

Just wondering: Since a fuel bonus check will go out in July and you start getting paid for this bonus in Aug. It's like getting 2 bonuses for the 2nd quarter isn't it?
