Yes it is mostly my fault and I should have known better but it was my first time there and in the midst of morning rush hour I was trying to keep up with the customer (who was ahead of me ) and I did not see any signs.

Charges can be reduced before court appearance . Once fined there is no appeal or removal of points .

Not the way it is worded.

    http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/rules-regulations/administration/fmcsr/fmcsrruletext.aspx?reg=384.226

§ 384.226Prohibition on masking convictions. The State must not mask, defer imposition of judgment, or allow an individual to enter into a diversion program that would prevent a CLP or CDL holder's conviction for any violation, in any type of motor vehicle, of a State or local traffic control law (other than parking, vehicle weight, or vehicle defect violations) from appearing on the CDLIS driver record, whether the driver was convicted for an offense committed in the State where the driver is licensed or another State.

Well I ended up just paying the ticket because of the short court date that I was given. It was less than 2 weeks and come to find out I had to give a 7 business day advance if I was going to plead not quilty. I spoke with a lawyer and I did not have the $600.00 to pay so I paid ticket and marked it up as experience.

I could tell that I was going to get a ticket as soon as he stepped out of his car and then as he walked by my door and said drivers license registration and proof of insurance then he ran my tags and said no trucks over 10000 lbs. allowed in left lane sit in truck and I will be back. Then the customer chimed in and he told him I don't care and told him to get in his vehicle. So I knew a ticket was coming. We live and learn and I learned that NJ. is a place I don't want to be.
