why do ham operators act like they are so darn special and act so stuck up

i don't have an operator's license but do have the old FCC call letters.regardless,ham ops have earned the right to talk across the bands and lowly citizen band tranceiver ops like you and me have not.i listen to them but never key up.you feel guilty for being(as in talking)on frequencies that you shouldn't be talking on and when confronted you point the proverbial guilty finger everywhere but on the guilty person-

 

Us Crappy Band users should bow to hams... they had to answer 50 question test, and get most right!

 

##### envy?? LOL Not all hams are jerks by a long shot. But I know the types you are talking about. And the same goes for CBers. Except the ##### envy.

Perhaps but did it ever occur to them that maybe us CBers might have had bad Ham experiences

 

If it weren't for hams, who else would purchase retired police cars... and feel entitled to run the left lane scaring everyone while they listen to us.
