replace a/c blower motor 2007 vnl780

may be motor is OK, but speed regulator is bad

 

ouh, to change it remove right handle inside cab and take apart right side of shash. it is easy to disassembly Volvo dash, but... to meny parts

 

Yeah just take the right side dash apart. Remove the speaker face and take out the speaker, it's just a regular hamster cage style blower assembly, nothin' serious.

 

about one mistake... to remove dash panel you have to unscrew one M8 bolt with 1/2" socet and pull out top end of handle. after you did it you put handle back but do not fit bolt becouse you know you have to move handle to fit panel back.... but it some minutes you forget that handle is not secured and when you wanna climb into cab throught the pass. door you use handle... and bang! handle hits you head and you are on a ground)) LOL, but I had to call paramedics twice to my work shop to help mechanic with blooding head! keep it in mind plz
