HCG is not worth it. Read up on Paleo Diet/Living. YOu will have more success, energy and lose weight. If you are looking to exercise, try Crossfit. When i was prepping for the Police I ate Paleo (is still do most of the time) and did crossfit. In about 3 weeks I lost ten pounds and ad energy to spare. I have never been able to get under 200lbs but i hover in the low 200s. Hope that helps.

Hello guys, I was approved and accepted into Prime, training starts July 9th. also was accepted into Celadon Trucking, my brother works for this company, chosed Prime over Celadon, saw way too many good things going on at Prime than Celadon. My question is since I live in Mass I heard they have a NE Fleet, is it possible to drive NE after training?

Well Im headed to Prime here soon. They definitely rate among the better companies to start with or just go to work for as far as that goes. Unlike some of the other companies out there, you really have to look for "legitimate" complaints about Prime. The only concern i have is the trainers during TnT. Most of the complaints I have seen are about the trainers. There is actually video of some "bad" trainers doing their thing. Anyway, part of the reason I chose Prime is because of the training they offer. Some companies shoot you out on your own as quick as they can. I have been trying to do this for a long time and now that I have the chance I want to be taught the RIGHT way. What I dont want is to just be somebody's DO-BOY that does nothing but take all the "crap" and never really learn and have to figure things out for my self. So that being said, how much effort does Prime put in to having good trainers and do they atleast attempt to pair similar trainer/trainee. Also, i have requested to go to the flatbed division. At what point might I start training related to flatbed? Thanks in advance.
Oh yeah...Simplespeed...water, water, water. It will help bring that bp down -
I started at Prime with my CDL already but no OTR experience. All of my training was with flatbed, did 40,000 team miles, roughly 8 weeks. My trainer taught me some good things and some "not so good" things. All in All though it was a pretty good experience. They will not pair you with a smoker if you are not one also. I made the mistake of leaving Prime 3 months ago and am now highly considering going back to them. As for figuring things out for yourself, some things you just have to, especially with flatbed. I never hauled pieces of a metal building while on my trainers truck and had to figure out how to get all of it secured by myself. A lot of it is common sense, which is guess isn't so common anymore. As for the effort Prime puts into having good trainers, if you've been there for a year and pass a class you can train. I also believe you can switch trainers if you have "irreconcilable differences".Gunner710 Thanks this. -

You are right about one thing, common sense aint no common anymore. Either way ill find out about the training soon enough I guess..hope. Its set in motion and there aint no turning back. Ive been wanting to do this for a long time and im excited to have an opportunity before I get too long in the tooth lol.

I'm sorry I just do not see how a trainer can be teaching you anything while driving teams and he is supposed to be resting while the student is driving. Just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.
